International Women's Day is an initiative of the Women's Rights Movement in several countries and is annually held on March 8. This year sees the celebration of the 100th Anniversary, so even more reason to mark the occasion!

The Anthurium is a heart-shaped flower also known as a Flamingo flower or Painter's Palette. It's available all year round and comes in many shapes and colours.

Karin's design uses a heart-shaped foam base and is literally covered with different varieties of Anthuriums in reds and pinks and looks really effective.
